Option 2 · The MBE Hospitality Platform

Design each kind of property once. Launch every next one on it.

MBE runs a company site, resorts, hotels and RV parks. Your first four are one of each. We build each as a design family, and every next property of that kind reuses its layouts — with its own name, colors, photos and story. Reused layouts cost less, so variants are priced at 35% off.

The monthly plan · where results come from

The build gets you a great site. The monthly plan gets it found.

Every property has one monthly plan. Pick it property by property, and move up or down at any time. Each plan costs the same for every property, so MBE can budget with one number.

Foundation
$297 /mo per property
Every property starts here · 12 months, then month to month
  • Hosting, daily backups, SSL and security updates
  • Unlimited content updates: rates, specials, events, photos
  • Heat maps that show what guests click, and where they drop off
  • A fresh redesign every quarter, as big or small as you want
  • Search basics kept healthy: speed, mobile, page titles, hotel data markup
  • A real person — Victor — on every request

What it does for you: the site stays fast, accurate and ready for Google. It does not chase new rankings on its own.

Pays for itself at about 6–15 room-nights a month moved from Expedia or Booking.com to direct.

Local SEO
$500 /mo per property
Replaces Foundation — not on top of it
  • Everything in Foundation
  • Google Business Profile run for you: photos, posts, offers, questions
  • Review growth: after-stay review requests, and replies to every review
  • New local pages each month, like "Cabins near Bend" or "Things to do in Granbury"
  • Listings kept the same on Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and TripAdvisor
  • Monthly report: calls, map directions, Book Now clicks, rankings

What it does for you: more guests find the property on Google and Google Maps before they reach Expedia.

Pays for itself at about 10–25 room-nights a month moved from Expedia or Booking.com to direct.

Best for busy properties
Local SEO + AI search
$1,000 /mo per property
Replaces Foundation — not on top of it
  • Everything in Local SEO
  • Answer pages written the way guests ask: "Is it pet friendly?" "How far to the lake?"
  • Rooms, rates, amenities and events marked up so AI tools can read them
  • Mentions on trusted travel and local sites that AI tools quote
  • Monthly AI check: we ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI what guests ask, and track whether your property is named

What it does for you: when a guest asks an AI tool where to stay nearby, your property is in the answer.

Pays for itself at about 20–50 room-nights a month moved from Expedia or Booking.com to direct.

Why it pays for itself: Expedia and Booking.com keep about 15–30% of every booking. A direct booking still has card and booking-engine fees, so the real saving is about 10–25%. On a $200 night, that is $20–$50 back to the owner. Independent hotels in North America got 52.7% of their bookings through those sites in 2025 (Cloudbeds), so there is room to move.

What happens month by month

  • Month 1: we measure where each property stands — rankings, Google profile, reviews, and whether AI tools name it.
  • Months 2–3: fix the Google profile, launch review requests, publish the first local pages.
  • Months 4–6: build trust signals — listings, mentions, answer pages. This is when rankings usually move.
  • Every month: one short report per property, plus one portfolio view for MBE.

What we promise, and what we don't

  • We do the work every month, and show it in the report.
  • We report real numbers: calls, directions, Book Now clicks, rankings, AI mentions.
  • No one can promise a #1 ranking or an AI mention. We never will.
  • Card details stay with your booking engine (Cloudbeds, FareHarbor, innRoad). We never touch them.
Where your properties stand today

Great reviews. Almost no one finds them by searching.

We checked each site. Most Google visits come from people who already know the property's name. The searches below happen every month, and right now other hotels win them.

Starting now · the four families

Each property priced to its real size.

We counted the pages and page layouts on each current site. Our standard price is $2,500 for up to 15 pages and 3 page templates, plus $500 for each extra template and $25 for each extra page. A template is a page with its own layout — a room page, an events page, a resort map. A big resort with eight layouts is more work than a motel with four, so it costs more.

How variants are priced

Every next property, 35% off its rate card.

A variant uses its family's layouts. If it needs a layout the family doesn't have, that one template is added at the partner price. A brand-new kind of property (say, a ski lodge) becomes a new family at 10% off.

How the partnership works

Built around how MBE already runs.

One bill, one coordinator

  • Thomas Digital bills MBE. MBE bills its owners, with no markup, as Eric described.
  • MBE is the account holder for every property. Invoices are due within 15 days.
  • Nate is our single point of contact. He sends each property our way when it is ready.
  • We work directly with each GM on content and feedback, and keep Nate copied.
  • Partner rates start when MBE signs the partner agreement and the first four properties together.
  • We launch up to 4 new MBE properties a month, so every site gets full attention. Nate sets the order.
  • If an invoice is more than 30 days late, work pauses until it is paid.

Your relationships stay yours

  • MBE partner rates are only for MBE and the properties it manages.
  • Thomas Digital will not take on an MBE-introduced owner directly — during the partnership, or for 12 months after a property leaves MBE — without MBE's written OK.
  • If a property leaves MBE, MBE decides: we move the site to the owner at standard rates (with MBE's OK), or we take it down.
  • Partner rates hold for 12 months from signing, then we review them together once a year.
  • Partner pricing is private between MBE and Thomas Digital.
Next steps

We can start the first four this week.

  1. Reply to Victor with any questions, or to lock this in.
  2. Pick a monthly plan for each of the first four.
  3. We send one simple partner agreement for MBE to sign.
  4. Nate sends logos, photos, logins and Google Analytics access.
  5. First sites go live in about 1–2 weeks. The next properties follow as Nate sends them.
